The oh-so-sweet Cathy tagged me today, so I suppose I have to answer…. hee hee
Here we go……
My roommate and I once: went to the supermarket at 4am to buy Ben & Jerry’s.
Never in my life have I: not worried what i looked like…well maybe when i was a wee one….
High school was : fun and far too dramatic
When I’m nervous : I twirl my hair.
My hair : is twirled a lot.
When I was 5 : my parents divorced.
When I turn my head left : I see my other scrap desk….a mess with far too many paper scrap supplies and other random stuff!
I should be : offline.

I have a hard time understanding : why children are allowed to die.

OMG….
Have you ever gotten a phone call from your child’s school?
I dropped the boys off at Preschool, took Jessica foodshopping…came home to find a message on the voicemail….
“It’s not an emergency….”
Well phew…that’s good, but now i’m thinking, “What did JUSTIN do?!?!?!?” Guess what he did….
He LEFT school!
LEFT!
SCHOOL!
He decided he would go right out to the playground to play in the rice table w/o telling anyone…..can you imagine!??!?!
I’m off to pick them up in 10 minutes……I’m gonna stop and pick up a giant roll of duct tape for that child! hee hee
*sigh* why can’t he be easy going like Josh?!?!?!? That child marches to his own beat that’s for sure!!!!!!!

What a 360 week it’s been….
My great grandfather passed away on Monday at the age of 95….
so sad, but he lived a long good life, so i can make sense of that.
My neighbor was killed on Wednesday during life fire excercises (he was in the army) at the age of 19…
Nineteen, a twin, a brother, a son, a child…..taken long before his time…..i just can’t make sense of this at all…
Then a special glimpse of hope….
Miss. Emily Margaret entered the world early this morning to my dear friend!
Life is fragile…..Life is short….Life continues & changes whether we are prepared for it or not.
Hug your loved ones extra tight today for me….
I’m off to figure how to make this knot in my stomach go away….

Okay, i’m a HUGE advocate of Duct Tape, but um…… clearly the person who made these has WAY too much time on their hands!!!
These prom outfits are made out of DUCT TAPE!
Can you imagine how sweaty you’d get? I’m thinkin Duct tape doesn’t “breathe” so well…. ick! hee hee
A+ for creativity though, huh?!?!?!

I THINK i went to bed at around 8:30pm last night. 8:30….. I can’t remember the last time that happened! There was some sort of electrical issue in our neighborhood on Friday, but they didn’t end up working on our section of the neighborhood til late afternoon, when all of the sudden our electricity went out. Fine, no big deal…..but then it got later and later….no lights. Got the boys to bed……got the baby to bed…. still no lights…. DH and I are now hanging out in the pitch dark….and I decided, well i guess i’ll just go to bed! DH said the lights didn’t come back on til about 9:30 or 10pm!
Did i mention that it was also his bday and I had made homemade ice cream cake?!?!?! I’m scared to look in the freezer at what’s left of it!

Alas, the party had to end, right?! We had so much fun on our scrappy girls getaway this weekend, but it was far too short! We scrapped (yup, i was a paste eater again, don’t black list me digi chicky pies! cuz the whole time i kept telling them, “Man, i really miss my laptop!” ahhaha), shopped and had a fun dinner out! And can i tell you what a peaceful sleep i had in that big ol’ cozy bed w/ NO ONE to wake me up all night?!?!? Ah, the good life!
I’m so lucky to have such great friends, they are truely a family to me….and I just can’t imagine life w/o them! {{{HUGS}}}
Other randomness…in just over 2 months my little brother will be graduating from College! I seriously can’t even believe it! He’ll forever be that little joker playing hacky sac in front of MY College house on MY graduation day! I’m just so proud of him, i can’t even tell you….he is the best ever! Not only is he little hottie (ewe, am i allowed to say that about my brother?!), he’s got a huge heart and is apparently some sorta brainiac too cuz he’s bustin out supah stah grades at school and has already landed a kick tush job in Boston! AND he still gives his big sis hugs and kisses…i mean really can ya beat that?! Love ya Joey! (PS.. did ya’ll see that lo i did of him and jessica having that tea party? It’s in my DST gallery, SO stinkin cute!) xoxoxo
OH, and tomorrow there will be some HOT news posted here…..hmmm….guess you’ll be finding out what store my new goodies will be living at! HINT?….nope, not gonna do it!

Okay, I think I figured out how you can subscribe to my blog….I installed a plugin, so it SHOULD work now! hee hee
So go over there to the right hand sidebar and find the “Subscribe” section, then click on “rss posts”, this will take you to another screen where you can subscribe to the feed through different feed senders. I don’t see how to have it sent directly to your email though. Sorry about that…I’m not all that web savvy unfortunately!

Have you heard of this Spinning thing already?! It’s basically self inflicted torture really! Okay, that’s pretty much what I thought after my 1st class! hahaha
I’m now officially addicted! Yeah, my butt hurts from the hard saddle you sit on, and I leave a sweaty mess, and I get yelled at by some chick for an hour, but I’m in love! I belong to the best gym, and their Spin program rocks! It’s actually really relaxing! At the night classes, they have all the lights off and just two little night lights on along w/ the blaring music and giant fans whirling cool air on you… you totally feel like you are riding outside at night! And the instructors are hard core and keep you really motivated through the hour of torture! 
If you haven’t attempted it yet, i definately recommend it, plus you burn an average of 500 calories in 1 class! woot!
